Vector Marketing is responsible for the marketing of Cutco Cutlery®, a line of kitchen cutlery, accessories and sporting knives of the highest quality. With its administrative headquarters in Olean, NY, Vector is a wholly owned subsidiary of Cutco Cutlery®.

We are adding people to our sales team in our local Fort Wayne District office. The positions are flexible so people can work around classes or other jobs however we have year-round positions available as well.
Sales reps are responsible for meeting with customers one-on-one, demonstrating the Cutco products, answering questions and helping customers place orders. As a company, our team (made up of mostly high school and college students) sold over $200 million worth of Cutco in 2010 and are on track to surpass that mark in 2011!
There is no door-to-door canvassing, cold calling or telemarketing involved. Students work with customers on a pre-set professional appointment basis only, and are only showing Cutco through word-of-mouth advertising, recommendations and referrals. This results in a pretty laid back environment!
Students receive a guaranteed pay of $12.75 per appointment they complete regardless of sales made. However, we also have a commission as an incentive for working harder. To go along with the great pay, Vector offers students skills for life and is a great stepping stone to start a resume for post-college placement in a career field regardless of their major.
Vector Marketing is a member of the Direct Selling Association, 5-time corporate sponsor of DECA, and has obtained an A+ rating from the Better Business Bureau.
